AOM has organized seminars and training for bank representatives from Eastern Europe for years. The foreign bankers come to Germany to exchange ideas with colleagues from the banking sector on bank procedures that are standard in the Federal Republic of Germany, but have not yet taken hold in other countries. AOM uses the extensive network that it has built up here and abroad over many years.
